* I find that there’s a lot of YA book reviewers out there, so while I’m a huge fan of YA and would love to add my voice, I am very picky with the YA I add to my reading list.

** Graphic Novels and comic books generally go to the top of my list (with certain exceptions of course)

I’m NOT accepting:

- Self Published. Please note that I mean no disrespect and I think there are tons of gems out there in the self-published world. It’s just not the right time for me, in particular. Please always check back to see if this has changed.

- Non-Fiction: I’m looking to aim on Fiction for the forseeable future even though I’m a huge fan fo Non-Fiction as well. Thanks for understanding!

As for acceptable formats, I’m happy to accept any of the following:

- Physical Copies (HC,PB,ARC)

- Digital Copies (Kindle)

If I do agree to review your book, I am committing to upload a review on my blog within six weeks of receiving the physical or digital copy. If alternate arrangements need to be discussed, please also make note of that.

We should also discuss negative reviews! I’m a book lover and perhaps more importantly, a human full of empathy. I understand that every book is the dream of a writer out there. I am by no means an ass when reviewing books and try to find the strengths in everything I read. But that being said, there can be cases when a book and I just do not click. Please note that any receipt of a book and commitment to reviews does not ensure or entitle you to a positive rating. If you are not okay with the fact that a negative review could be written, I might not be a good fit to send a review request to

I am a journalist by trade so I would love to interview authors, but again this is up to my discretion. All interviews must be done by phone or in-person (no email interviews).
